Gillian started working with The Leprosy Mission in 2007 as Donor Relations Manager for North and West Auckland and up to Northland from her base on the North Shore. In 2009 she took responsibility for developing relationships with supporters through-out New Zealand.
"My role is to keep long time and new supporters updated about our work, our goal for the future and the many ways they can support the Mission. I had the privilege of travelling to Bangladesh in 2009 to witness the work in our projects in Chittagong and to meet the dedicated staff and people affected by leprosy and their families who have their lives positively changed as a direct result of the support from New Zealand."
