We are pleased to offer you three very exciting opportunities to visit Nepal and India in 2010. These once in a lifetime trips are being run in conjunction with the Leprosy Mission in Australia.

Trek for Treatment
30th October - 15th November 2010

This tour provides an insight into the midlands of Nepal, and offers an incredible blend of culture, mountain scenery and relaxation. Participants will spend time at Anandaban hospital, where they will see first-hand the difference that the Leprosy Mission is making in the lives of people affected by leprosy. There will be opportunities to participate in a variety of medical and healthcare activities. It will be a life changing experience! Participants need to be physically fit.

India Awareness Tour
September 2010

This is an amazing opportunity to see the Leprosy Mission in action. The itinerary includes the cities of Delhi, Agra and Kolkata (Calcutta) and other centres in West Bengal.  Participants will visit the Taj Mahal, travel to the ancient city of Agra and experience India as a member of a caring team. Suitable for anyone with a good level of general health.

Everest Base Camp
18th September - 17th October 2010

This 20-day trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp promises to be one of the Leprosy Mission's most rewarding journeys. This blend of outdoor adventure and cultural exploration is a great way to experience the Himalayan mountains! The trip includes a 2 day visit to the Leprosy Mission hospital in Anandaban. Suitable for experienced trampers.
