New-Look Magazine Available Now
• 25 March 2010
Here at the
Leprosy Mission we are very excited about the
latest inTouch magazine, firstly because it's a
special edition for Easter and secondly because it marks the launch
of our new brand, something we have been developing over the last
few months. We hope you like it and feel as renewed as we do!
Last year we asked our readers to tell us what they thought about their magazine. An overwhelming number of people asked us to include more stories about how New Zealanders are helping people affected by leprosy overseas. So we listened! We now have a new section dedicated to Kiwis in Action (page 13) which shares some of the important work that New Zealanders are doing to help leprosy-affected people and their families. This month we feature Julie Lincoln, who is currently working at the Dang Leprosy Centre in Nepal. And because we want our supporters and their families to engage with our vital work, we have also added an exciting new pull-out section for children (pages 9-12).
You see, we firmly believe that families are at the heart of our
mission and we want to reflect this important message in everything
that we do. To find out more about our new focus on families read
our feature
story about the power of family.
We hope that you and your family will enjoy reading this issue of inTouch. You can download a copy here.
